Before Registering, You Must Read these Important Registration Instructions

Registration Instructions

 

Single Booth Registration Includes:

  • ONE booth attendee: You have the option of adding ONE "Exhibitor Assistant" (for a total of 2 people) at a reduced rate (see pricing below).
  • Please Note: you must register ALL booth attendees at time of registration. Any additional registrations, including the Exhibitor Assistant, after registration, will incur a substantial processing fee.
  • 8 x 10 foot booth space, table, 2 chairs, wastebasket, company sign, and table skirting are all included in registration.

Any additional booth items may be purchased through the Exhibit Company. See your Exhibit Company Contract for more information.

  • Two 8 x 10 foot piped and draped booth spaces, 2 tables, 2 chairs, wastebasket, company sign, and table skirting are all included in registration.

Limit of one (1) Per Registration. MUST include Exhibitor Assistant at time of registration or an additional fee will be charged.

Exhibitor Spouse/Guest Registration:

Each registrant may be accompanied by a spouse or guest; however, their Conference participation is limited to those programs listed on the Spouse/Guest Program agenda. Only fully registered attendees may attend the sessions and assist in the booth.

Important Policy Changes 


  • Beginning this year, we will be closing registration 2 weeks before the start of the Conference.
  • IF NOT ATTENDING, THEN DON'T REGISTER THROUGH YOUR LOGIN! If you are registering for a colleague, use their login credentials to execute the registration.  
  • Badge names/registrations cannot be modified after registrations are processed. Changes will incur a $125 processing fee.
  • All Early Bird Registrations must be paid by the deadline (March 7, 2025) or the higher price applies.
  • Please keep in mind that no booths can be held without payment in full. 
  • Company name changes after registration are subject to a $125 processing fee.

Exhibitor Kit

After your registration has been processed, your company information will be given to Alliance, who will provide your Exhibitor Kit instructions and supplies.
