Customs and Border Protection (CBP) published a general notice in the Feb. 11 Federal Register stating the agency will end the In-Bond Export Consolidator Program (IBEC) and the associated bond implemented several decades ago in the Customs District 52 (Miami). The program will end Feb. 11, 2023.
